The title doesn't lie. The piece is in sonata form, the consonants "Sh, T" and "Ch, K" forming the first and second theme, respectively.

These consonants are developed and recapitulated. The piece is for vocal chords (STRINGS), WIND pipe, and percussion, I think that combination is called a symphony orchestra.
